The role of B2B eCommerce Commercial Innovation Manager will be responsible for driving business innovation initiatives to fuel the growth of the business.
The successful candidate will contribute exploiting new business opportunities by identifying new opportunities, laying out the project requirements and enabling local business teams in running the activities.
Contribute to translate business strategies into an innovation pipeline to help achieve B2B ecommerce growth ambitions, identifying new business opportunities and existing processes optimizations.
Execute and support innovation projects, by driving them from ideation to launch - enabling local teams to successfully run the activities post-launch.
Accelerate innovation deployment across Wella Markets by defining and sharing across the local community best in class approaches.
Promote collaboration with local teams to ensure alignment & efficient execution of the innovation projects.
Ensure effective cross-functional teamwork from idea-to-launch with all relevant internal stake holders and external partners.
Report on project progress, issues or challenges to the business and technology team.
Efficiently manage the projects by coordinating parallel workstreams in order to achieve the projects deliverables within the agreed time and budget.
Enable decision making by providing analysis and recommendations timely.
Provide regular reports / updates on competitive intelligence on innovation projects and business trends
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Management, Business Studies / MBA, Engineering, Design or further relevant disciplines preferred.
Substantial experience in eCommerce, minimum 4 years professional experience in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing and eCommerce.
Experience in eCommerce Project Management; Mobile App Development, Affiliates and Loyalty Programs.
Solid grasp of eCommerce, CRM & Digital Marketing management and respective processes.
Proven experience in working in an international environment and matrix organization.
Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
Financial acumen and business analytics skills.
Proven Influencing, Negotiation, Communication and Presentation skills.
Fluency in English required, further languages are beneficial.
Experience in commercial roles, managing relationship with customers, ideally in B2B.
Experience in the creation and maintenance of websites based on Content Management Systems.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, at ease with rapidly changing environments.
Passion for digital innovation, digital media and beauty.
