Responsibilities Provide support for Coupa users (globally) Provide daily business support for the Coupa users Manage support materials (SharePoint, Yammer, email etc.
Create work instructions and other support materials Plan and conduct user trainings Provide Admin support (Coupa expertise will be required) Support Coupa maintenance process Support Coupa Business Change Request (BCR) process management (analysis, manage documentation, support implementation and tests) Update system documentation (process flows, detailed description, change log etc.
Manage communication to the users (news, BCR changes, Coupa upgrades, support, other) Prepare communication plan and materials Execute communication to the Coupa uses (different communication channels) Coupa Team - general responsibility As a part of the Coupa team, provide BAU support for the users Be a Coupa evangelist and actively share knowledge and best practice with others Essential Attributes Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong planning and organising skills Critical thinking and problem solving Technically savvy and a quick learner Detail-oriented Conflict resolution experience Adaptability Thrives in collaborative environment but also has personal drive and initiative Proficiency with related software tools including, but not limited to Power Point, SharePoint, Excel etc.
Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies Experience in source-to-pay (i.e. Coupa, SAP Ariba or similar) fluency in English is a must ability to build good relationship with different stakeholders willingness to work in fast changing environment assertiveness and good organization of own work
