As a part of the Global Managed Services CoE, in a highly visible GSA Business Management Operations Consultant role, you will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from shaping and selling deals, to ideation and implementation of projects.
You will be responsible for leading customer engagements, as well as on-shore and off-shore teams in creating UX and design deliverables.
You will share your ideas with teams across the globe.
You will execute complex tasks supporting both tactical and strategic initiatives by providing operational management to define and drive critical business processes.
Activities will primarily support planning, operations, and strategy implementation.
You will work with a team of professionals driving all aspects of operations across crucial areas of our business. Reporting to a Senior Director within the Global Solution Area Operations Team (who reports to the COO) with a dotted line responsibility to Market Unit Leadership.
Governance / Rhythm of Business activities (e.g. team communications, leadership, All Hands meetings, etc.)
Cost Management (e.g. Budget planning, forecasting, P&L oversight)
Talent Acquisition Coordination
Alliance Partnership Coordination

Implementing business & financial process improvements and methodologies to support timely, informed planning and decision-making
Managing cyclical business processes including planning and budgeting and monthly financial and operational management

Experience working within a highly matrixed professional services organization
Relevant business technology leadership experience, including program and business management
Consulting and project-based leadership background with a passion for driving positive business outcomes
Prior experience independently leading operations within a highly matrixed, geographically dispersed organization with a diverse customer portfolio
Demonstrated ability designing and implementing agile solutions for operational excellence
Experience leading all aspects of business operations through multiple review cycles, including budgeting
Demonstrated people leadership, leading by influence and effective peer teaming expertise
Ability to effectively navigate complex, global, matrixed organizations
Experience assessing and managing opportunities and risks associated with managing a business
Superior communication and personal leadership skills in a high growth, highly demanding 'best people' environment
