Who are we looking for?

Good command of English

2 years of experience in testing

People management skills

Knowledge of ServiceNow knowledge of main processes (workflows) and how to navigate in ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge), Service Request Catalog Item, ATF knowledge

Well organized work environment (multitasking)

Good analytical skills

Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer

Knowledge of issue / bug tracking systems (as an asset)

Knowledge of testing standards (i.e. ISTQB TFL) (as an asset)

What will you do?

Manual test cases development and execution

Reviewing software requirements documentation

Creating and maintaining test cases from requirement documentation

Defect reporting and management

Liaising with the Project Management and Development teams to ensure adherence to quality during the development process

Providing reports and metrics on test activities

Conducting UAT with customer
