The Role Responsibilities

  • Support AMDP programme to define and implement a change strategy to support roll out of large-scale projects across the Bank, adopting standards from the portfolio.
  • Work with project managers Develop project-specific communication strategy, training strategy, and ensure change management is included the project rollout plan.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders across the business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Define and manage stakeholders, their engagement, and communications throughout the lifecycle, including customers, partners and employees
  • Advise program leads on change requirements, staffing, and activities
  • Build change management plans that are aligned to overall program plans and are designed to guide audiences through the change phases, including all sponsor / manager, training, communications, and support activities required to successfully implement the change
  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Business Change Management or similar and to have previously worked on large scale projects that have impacted end users globally.
  • Being self-motivated and proactive is critical and you must be prepared to not wait for instructions but instead come to the table with ideas and solutions and be able to cut through the ambiguity.
  • You must have experience in getting things done in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.

  • You should have expertise in supporting and leading implementation initiatives and cross-functional strategic programs
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence both leadership and working teams, demonstrating authority and credibility to act, make sound decisions and drive alignment with business change management.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop change and communication skills with technically minded team members
  • Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and connect the dots between strategy and operational priorities, as well as translate the strategy into effective execution and tangible outcomes
  • Creative thinking, flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to bring new ideas and approaches to the table, as well as the ability to tailor the approach to meet SCB’s needs and quickly pivot as business circumstances evolve
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
  • Strong level of comfort with business and technical discussions, with the ability to understand and articulate the business impacts of technical actions and vice versa.
