Daily activities

You will be responsible for driving relationship with the customers and managing business opportunities while acting as the primary customer contact.

You will drive and coordinate all sales activities towards the customers from the early business opportunity's identification until it is being contracted and executed making sure the business financial objectives are being achieved.

Key responsibilities :

Achieve the business financial objectives in respective customer accounts

Accountable for business opportunities from early identification until contract booked and customer order(s) received, being the primary customer contact

Develop Account Plan, customer relations and business opportunities

Drive and coordinate all sales activities towards the customer

Responsible for correct and up-to-date funnel data and forecasts, registering opportunities in the CRM and identifying which ones are worth being pursued and when, based on knowledge of customers and market needs

Responsible for the opportunity strategy and development plan, related Win Plan (if required) and G2 gate management

Responsible for engaging the required resources to build and implement the opportunity development plan in order to understand and influence the Customer requirements before offering phase.

Accountable for Offer development and customer pricing during offering phase

Accountable for regular alignment of order value and volume plans and forecasts

Accountable for hand-over of signed contracts to Delivery persons (PEO / CDM, Project Manager, Care Program Manager, etc.) for execution

Responsible to request budget for pre-sales activities (PoC, trials etc.) and raise risk order shipment

Conduct bid debriefing and contribution to Win / Loss analysis

Our expectations :

10+ years in sales and telecom with proven case won

Solid cross-technology technical background with special focus on mobile network infrastructure (Single RAN / 5G)

Experience with global teams & customers

Strong in relationship management

Strong in execution & closing deals

Strong in implementing processes and way of working

Good financial understanding

Experience in business cases and solutions' creation

End to end system thinking with good Nokia & customers' business understanding

Strong in sales processes, management, negotiations, contracting, pricing as well as consultative sales

Good market & competitors understanding

Winning mindset
