Business Operations Financial Analyst

Your responsibilities
Working across multiple cross functional areas and delivering results
Supporting the Software Engineering organization
Building, tracking and reporting the Program budget with monthly forecasts and month-end reporting of actuals, including variance analysis to forecast and budget
Performing financial forecasts, predicting business scenarios, and providing other data analysis to help make business decisions
Our requirements
Bachelor of Science or any Degree from an accredited university
Minimum 5 years of experience as Financial analyst forecasting, planning and tracking on CAPEX, OPEX and G&A budget
Minimum 3 years of experience developing and publishing monthly budget reports on committed and Actuals
Possess strong initiative, problem solving skills, and ability to work in a diverse team environment
Highly self-motivated and outcome oriented
Good communication skills in English language
Optional
Knowledge and understanding of an Automotive OEM
Experience working with global teams of employees, external partners, and offshore teams
