Mainresponsibilities

  • Taking the lead on designing atransformation and product strategy with an operating model for the Collectpillar (integration of Collect with finance, data and analytics activities thatwould drive greater business outcomes)
  • Consulting and advising solutionson process, design, technology and data initiatives relating to OtC / Collectfunctions
  • Guiding Client’s technologyroadmap for large-scale transformation applying an end to end integrated visionof automation and technology solutions
  • Running business transformationprojects of large size, high complexity and risk within OtC / ARprocess
  • Identifying businesstransformation opportunities at a management level and driving proposals toconduct them; driving and identifying opportunities for the development of theproject, new tools, points of view and methodologies
  • Leveraging process / domainknowledge to lead the development and extension of products & services andsuccessfully communicate and market them;
  • focusing on business results andhigher profit margin, while organising successful delivery

  • Collaboration with project team,Client, IT teams & Technology partners to ensure strong solutions &outcomes and mitigating risks relating to technology implementations
  • Taking part in large-scaleprocess transformation projects within Finance & Accounting for internaland external Clients using automation and technology solutions (with a focus onPtP-related projects)
  • Advising technology-relatedimprovements within PtP / AP
  • Participation in projects / leading projects related to e.g. : target operating model design, processdesign, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP / Platform solutions implementation, RPAimplementation, transition, training delivery, change management
  • Developing and applying inpractice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) tothe area of expertise for continuous improvement and transformationpurposes
  • Preparing documentation ofidentified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, businessrequirement documents, solution documents, technical designs, benchmarkingreport out
  • Utilising process and technologyexpertise to analyse clients’ processes and provide improvementrecommendations
  • Preparing and conductingpresentations & training for internal and external clients
  • Requirements

  • Professional experience and goodprocess knowledge within PtP / AP area
  • Continuous Improvement mindsetand experience
  • Experience in preparation ofprocess documentation (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, controlframeworks)
  • Willingness to work in projectmanagement and consulting business environment
  • Experience in conducting businessworkshops, training, presentations, meetings and / or other client-facingactivities
  • Fluent English (min. B2+level)
  • Good understanding of accountingprocesses supporting tools with their functionalities and offered benefits(e.g. ERP systems, Cadency, Blackline, Service Now, Jira, Tradeshift, Ariba,Coupa, Rimilia, Webcollect, High Radius etc.
  • as well as IntelligentAutomation and Robotics Process Automation capabilities

  • Beneficial to have : projectcoordination / management experience, process transition experience,tools / systems implementation experience, process mapping experience, experiencein S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle
