Job Description

  • Developing and implementing individual sales activities to achieve the sales budget and profitability.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager in developing activities and sales plan in accordance with the local strategy and identifying needs, trends and development opportunities specific for a given market.
  • Analyzing the market potential and assessing the profitability of current and potential customers.
  • Building, developing and maintaining close business relationships with current and potential customers in order to discover new business opportunities.
  • Presenting products to new / potential customers and providing them with support according to their needs.
  • Planning and conducting appropriate training, workshops, symposia, conferences, etc. in a given region.
  • Possessing current product and market knowledge
  • Development and implementation of special sales activities to optimize the warehouse.
  • Proactive search for feedback from customers in order to improve service quality and expand the business portfolio.
  • Assessment of competition threats and implementation of proactive tactical actions.
  • Systematic and correct forecasting for the entrusted region
  • Job Requirements

    Medical, Marketing or Business related degree

    Excellent written and oral skills in English
