WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited the following :
Provide highly skilled user support primarily for Client Hardware, Windows Operating System and Office environment to complete workflow tasks, incidents and request in a cost-efficient manner
Strive for a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction
Inform pro-actively IT users about the status of their request and if necessary coordinate with other teams involved according to the urgency of the request
Capture and update requests in the corresponding ticketing system (Change order, incident or requests)
Document problem solutions and continuous maintenance of internal knowledge database
WHAT WE EXPECT
A motivated talent, who brings along the following background :
IT knowledge and working experience for at least 2 years (Office365 (MS Office, Exchange Online, SAP, User und - Password Management, Client Hardware, Network, Desktop Application, iOS, Web Browser and Operating System)
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Other European languages (German, Italian, French, Spanish) at least C1 level
Takes ownership for issues and follows through to solution for user
Customer service orientation
Solution delivery orientation
Always friendly and professional communication towards customer
Quick understanding of customer needs
