Summary of Responsibilities

You will become a fully-trained Brand Ambassador’ for all products and services, and provide a truly unique customer experience to e-

commerce, wearable support and warranty / repair customers.

Main Task

  • Providing all aspects of expert Customer Care and experience for customers via Phone, email and online social media (Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc)
  • Online order management
  • SAP Online order management (inc spare parts, payments and refunds)
  • Warranty repair and information
  • Charity donation requests
  • Online responses through non fossil channels (e.g. amazon)
  • Problem resolution
  • Store feedback
  • E commerce sales - supplier resources / up-selling products
  • Technical support & troubleshooting via phone connectivity and apps (smart watches)
  • Requirements

  • Advanced ENGLISH + FRENCH skills (B2 level or above)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer satisfaction and people skills
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, etc.), Social Media and the Internet
  • Positive, enthusiastic, with a real team spirit
  • Willing to learn new skills and grow with the company
  • Previous Customer Service experience or SAP / ERP knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential.
