Accounting Team Leader with English

Recruitment for

Our client is one of the largest providers of outsourcing, IT, consulting and technology services on the global market.

Your responsibilities

managing a team of several accountants as part of the O2C, P2P or R2R process,

taking care of customer relations,

supervising the training of new team members,

supporting the transition process,

motivating and supporting subordinates in order to achieve the set goals,

reporting and participation in projects aimed at improving the efficiency of the process.

Employer requirements

experience in team management in the O2C, R2R or P2P process,

fluent English (B2),

higher education, preferably in the area of finance,

experience in accounting while working in BPO / SSC structures,

highly developed interpersonal skills,

the ability to find oneself in a changing work environment.
