Junior Customer Service Representative Front Office
Location : Poland, Warsaw
Key responsibilities :
Providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems;
Answering calls in foreign languages on a variety of products and services;
Analyzing and resolving queries on first contact or forwarding details to appropriate support area for resolution;
Using thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations and systems and procedures.
Fluency in Polish and / or English;
Communicative knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch - nice to have;
Flexibility - shift work including weekends;
Ability to relocate to Poland to work in our Warsaw office;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
