Role Purpose : RB is developing its consumer engagement tools, primary using the Salesforce suite, to ensure we interact with our consumers in a way that keeps them safe, promotes brand advocacy, and delivers long lasting relationships and profits.

The PO Service Cloud will be responsible for defining the technology strategy to enable consumer relations capabilities across the Health business, with a focus on deploying Salesforce Service Cloud and extending its usage across RB Health.

The PO Service Cloud reports into the BRM, Consumer Engagement and has the following key objectives :

  • Define the roadmap and drive the adoption of the Service Cloud product and related technologies across RB Health
  • Engage with functions and markets across the business to gather demand / feedback and continually improve the experience for both internal and external users
  • Provide business-oriented expertise and, where required, leadership to the business on global projects that integrate with the Service Cloud product
  • Formulate clear recommendations on technical issues and a drive to achieve within set timelines and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and adjacent digital technologies, particularly the broader Salesforce product suite Skills / Experience : Essential
  • Working knowledge and interest via business and / or personal endeavours of a broad range of digital technologies
  • Examples of previous projects working with the Salesforce platform
  • Expert proficiency in English with good business communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder management at all levels
  • Strong business acumen, financial and business metrics understandingDesirable
  • Admin / Development with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • In-depth knowledge of internal processes of business functions
  • Agile software development methodologies, e.g. Scrum, DSDM, XP, FDD, SAFe.
  • Vendor Management
  • Delivering to aggressive timelines within costs
  • Understanding of digital metrics optimisation
  • Knowledge of security, database principles and operating systemsTechnical / Professional Qualifications : Desirable
  • Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator Certification
