Senior Data Analyst will support Ttec Programme in data processing. He / she will create reports to highlight any differences using Excel and Google Sheets.
Additionally the analyst will analyze data to identify likely errors and prepare reports due as a result of their analysis.
The work may involve working across multiple teams and with Clients employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Work in direct collaboration with sales management, forge partnerships with sales partners to drive sales performance.
Identify emerging trends and leverage relevant benchmarks of sales performance.
Leverage industry best practices, methodologies and tools for inbound and outbound sales using different communication channels.
Present to all levels across organization and clients, create impactful presentations to motivate and convince stake-holders to employ recommendations.
Be a subject matter expert within a sales vertical or have the ability to research and provide relevant industry trends, implications, and best practices.
Oversee processes and best practices for data evaluation and tactics development, implement and work with others on procedures and deployment.
Develop and communicate recommended strategies with supporting data, overseeing multiple programs and concurrent efforts, while effectively managing projects and communications.
Develop collaborative relationships with client marketing, analytics, and business partners.
Tie short term and long term strategies and tactics to larger organizational development and strategies.
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a sales floor / team strategic advisory role.
3+ years experience in marketing, segmentation and campaign targeting and a minimum of five years in a direct consultative role to others including teaching, leading, and driving desired behaviors in audiences.
Direct quantitative experience, demonstrated analysis on sales trends, sales behaviors, data mining, and tactics in a sales or call center environment.
Knowledge of inbound / outbound call center, phone technologies including IVR, broadcast and dialers, or interaction analytics a plus.
BS / BA required, MBA a plus.
Strong skills for data analysis and interpretation in Excel and other tools (Access, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
Outstanding PowerPoint skills, must be comfortable in presenting in front of audiences of all sizes.
Ability to work with interpret needs, and present to sales, marketing clients and management.
Experience with marketing and sales initiatives and campaigns from ideation through execution.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
