Global Supply Chain Planner with French
The Pharma supply chain planning ambition is to deliver a supply chain that continues to achieve faster launches for our new product portfolio, better responsiveness, lower inventory and enhanced resilience so that supply chain remains off the critical path.
To support this we are leveraging technology, driving integrated, efficient end to end planning and building a high performing planning team.
The Respiratory Global Planning team has an exciting opportunity as a Global Supply Chain Planner within Respiratory team, aligned to the Evreux site in France.
A job purpose is to plan group of resources for the Global Supply Chain from production to the point of sale. Perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning for the resource, maintain accurate planning parameters in the system and handover an optimal, achievable supply plan to the Global Site Production Scheduler for execution.
In this role you will
Develop an optimal, achievable supply plan for a SKU subset, aligned to a manufacturing resource, or group of resources, for the full planning horizon according to demand, production capacity and availability of materials.
Manage the order book to the point of sale (ex-GSK) liaising with stakeholders. Monitor system alerts for supply issues throughout the global network.
Makes recommendations to provide timely resolution with minimum impact to customers.
Work with E2E Planning Lead on product rationing / product allocations in case of unresolved unbalance between supply and demand
Be accountable for updating the Fixed Repeated Schedules
Be responsible for delivery optimization and accuracy of master data settings for planning and supply relevant to direct delivery and replenishment processes throughout global systems.
Perform capacity levelling on period 6-24 weeks and leads the handover of the Supply Plan to Site production and Scheduling.
Support Life Cycle Management for product launches, transfers, divestments and discontinuations. Control launch dates to ensure product availability in due time.
Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives through problem solving.
Provides input to Core Commercial Cycle forums.
Evaluate supply planning performance and trends for its SKU subset, and investigates the root cause of issues of KPIs deviations and recommends actions to prevent reoccurrence in line with Segmentation principles
Execute and support inventory optimisation activities
Qualifications & Skills :
Proficiency in French and English must have
Practical experience in supply planning, preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment including interaction with sites, regional commercial operations
Experienced in the use of SAP APO or SAP ECC and analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications & Skills :
Advanced analytical skills and experience in the use of tools e.g. Power BI
Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
Awareness and ideally use of various improvement / problem solving tools
