Your key responsibilities
Your role as a Senior Manager will focus on Leading and delivering of client engagements, interacting at an executive level, as well as sales and practice development activities.
In this role, you will develop high- performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service.
You will work to sell, deliver and manage finance transformation projects in one or more of the following areas :
Finance strategy development
Finance operating model design
Finance processes improvement
Shared services and global business services design and implementation
Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Finance systems (e.g., SAP), robotics, and intelligent automation
Financial close, consolidation and reporting
Cost management and profitability analysis
Order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes
Core responsibilities will also include coaching and mentoring, performance appraisal and business development.

Maintain relationships with the client’s management in order to manage the expectations of service
To qualify for the role, you must have
Minimal 15+ years of relevant work experience preferably in consulting where you gained exposure to large scale projects combined with preferably Big 4 or leading consultancy experience in the related fields
Knowledge of Finance domain and FS sector and preferably a large network in this field
Project experience across the Finance Transformation, System Implementation, ZBB and Financial Planning & Budgeting
Detailed process design expertise in one or more of the following functions (Finance, HR, IT, source-to-pay, demand-to-cash, marketing services or operational functions)
Expertise in one or more specific GBS topics, e.g. operating model design, service management, performance management (SLA, KPI), HR restructuring, change and communications, value case management
Strong business development and communication skills from leading and supporting Finance pursuits (both winning RFP answers and presentations in front of clients)
IT system expertise is highly preferred (e.g. SAP, TPA, Service Now, SuccessFactors, etc.)
Relevant primary university degree
Ideally, you’ll also have
Other languages are highly preferred (e.g. German, French, Dutch)
Willingness to work in a global environment where travel is regularly required for several clients
Experience in IFRS implementation project(s) for recently implemented IFRS like IFRS 9, 15 or 16 is an added advantage
Experience in IFRS implementation project(s) for upcoming / ongoing implementation such as IFRS 17 is an added advantage
