Overview

Department process (including placing network members and maintaining the member network) is coordinated effectively The immediate team, Bain Partners and Bain case teams believe they are having all queries answered in a timely fashion

Responsibilities

Support the Global team in daily running of the department processes, specifically in the coordination and placement of Bain network members.

Provide initial shortlist of suitable existing network members (when requested by a Bain Partner / Manager) Provide Bain Partners / Managers existing partnership contracts and agreed rates (when requested) Run checks on network members against staffing guidelines Inform Bain Partner Guardian of all staffing related updates Receive (and chase) invoices and timesheets from advisors and send to Finance Request feedback from Partners following cases and input into department system Record feedback and role in department database / system Receive request from Partners for new resources and pass on the information to the relevant team Recruiter Review shortlist of specialists from the team's Recruiter and decide who to interview Co-

ordinate interviews with Partner / team Director (as appropriate) Provide Partner with compensations guidance (using input from the team's Finance) Co-

ordinate legal documentation with the team's Legal and advisor (ensuring documents are processed) Add new contacts to system and update status of members once staffed Support with onboarding process of new network members including providing introductory session to cover key messages about Bain, answering questions and coordinating Citrix and travel accounts Ensure new network members receive other aspects of value propositions including co-

ordination with marketing teams Field questions from Bain case teams and Partners in a timely manner Provide the team's Project Lead with relevant information so they can provide the team Director with monthly overview of activities and progress including tracking key metrics Proactively communicate any potential issues with deadline or problems with data accuracy Identify and participate in team initiatives, such as training and process / tool improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with exposure to database or list management Minimum of 3 years’ experience within resource allocations, staffing and project coordination or equivalent role is preferred Exposure to consulting or prior consulting experience is a plus Experience of working with / in Bain & Company preferred but not required Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and a customer service orientation Works independently, with attention to details and a high level of accuracy Collaborative, team oriented working style and ability to work with a diverse range of internal and client team members;
