Your responsibilities :
Maintaining good relationships and direct contact with customers and partners
Actively acquire new clients in the international arena
Obtaining and analyzing information on potential clients, market and competitors
Developing and executing strategies focused on long term partnerships and growth cooperation with our customers and partners
Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring expectations, encouraging continuous feedback (including complaints) for continuous improvement
Managing own sales pipeline : leading meetings / negotiations, winning deals and bringing new revenue from outsourcing foreign market
Shaping and caring for the positive image of the company
Our requirements :
Excellent knowledge of English - written and spoken (C1)
Minimum of one year experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
Ability to negotiate and talk freely with decision makers at various levels of the company's hierarchy
Ability to nurture long lasting business relationships and sales pipeline
Ability to identify specific needs from the Client and connect them to the best Candidates we offer
