Market / Credit RiskInfrastructure / Capital Team is part of RFDAR and comprises of approximately 75staff, with majority presence in India.

The team has the responsibility forend-to-end process to ensure completeness of underlying risk data, performinput data quality checks and validation of calculated risk measures for Market / Credit Risk and Regulatory Capital.

  • Run market and credit risk information and reporting
  • Measure risk and validate independent risk models
  • Responsible for development and implementation of risk systems
  • Take part in regulatory change programs for coordination and establish policies covering market, credit and operational risk
  • Your accountabilities will be :

  • To validate and standardized risk exposure calculation from regulatory perspective
  • Produce complete, accurate, timely reports as relevant per business area
  • Ensure reports are unified across all streams as well as reviewed, attested and subject to escalation where relevant
  • To be able to re-compute risk exposures for data quality or methodology issues
  • Develop practical solutions to regulatory requirements for Capital-related reporting
  • Interaction with various partners like - Credit Analytics, Risk Reporting, Risk managers, data suppliers and process teams responsible for key data sources and processing
  • Please note that the workinghours will be standard Poland working hours.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency In English
  • 1-3 years of corporate experience, preferably in the Market and / or Credit Risk area along with basic Basel rules associated with respective area
  • Passionate about finance and risk area
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data using spread sheet and Database Query tools (MS Excel and Access). Proficient Advanced Excel user, familiar with pivots and vlookup.
  • Knowledge of VBA will be an added advantage but not mandatory

  • Basic knowledge of financial products & Basel rules and willingness to learn
  • Dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and strong analytical skills
