We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Presales Architect to join our Salesforce team!
The Salesforce Architect will be focused on business development, pre-sales as well as Salesforce projects implementation.
In particular, the Architect will advise clients on Salesforce products implementation from scratch, Salesforce solutions enhancements, development of strategic roadmaps for change as well as leading the change in the practice.
A perfect candidate for us if you possess
3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Architect role
Actual experience in pre-sales activities
Good communication, negotiation and pitching skills
Proven understanding of software development lifecycle and lifecycle of packaged solutions implementation
Experience in implementing full-cycle projects
A concept of Agile software delivery methodologies such as SCRUM and tools such as Jira
Understanding and hands-on experience with the Salesforce product suite, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning Cloud, Communities and AppExchange solutions
Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

Participate actively in pitching Salesforce services and solutions to the client during presales
Lead the Client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
Present solution options to Client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
Develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary
Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams
Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
Participate in training content development and end-user training delivery
