We Offer

The role is the part of the Global CashEquity Middle Office. The function provides post execution operational supportto the Cash Equity Sales business around the trade allocation, confirmation andaffirmation process.

This team supports the Equity Sales force (based inLondon) made up of 17 people across 3 main businesses (Program, DMA and Cash).

It is a client facing team who liaise with global institutional clients who areon boarded with Credit Suisse Securities Europe Ltd (CSSEL).

All global equitymarkets where CSSEL are signed off to transact are covered. It is a highvolume, demanding processing environment where strong prioritisation anddecision-making skills are a must.

Dealing with varying levels of corporatetitles both internally and externally is necessary

Therole includes :

  • Management and processing of post execution trade allocations on instruction from CSSEL clients (Electronic and Manual) on trade date
  • Processing and delivery management of post execution trade confirmations to CSSEL clients
  • Monitoring and clearance of all exception processing queues daily
  • Clear understanding of escalation process
  • Query investigation and resolution of all post execution trade discrepancies relating to CSSEL clients allocation and confirmations
  • Liaising with internal clients (Global Equity Middle Office, Clearing & Settlement, Regional Offices, Client Relationship Management, Front Office (Salespeople / Traders / COO) and external clients (Global institutional clients, vendors)
  • New fund / sub account opening of existing CSSEL clients, as part of the trade allocation and confirmation process
  • Manual Non-economic Cancel & Corrects in Front Office systems
  • Evidence of process improvements through root cause analysis to achieve higher straight through processing rates
  • Delivery of outstanding client service to internal and external clients
  • The most desired candidate would have :

  • BA / MA degree, preferably in Finance&Banking or Economic
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand processes
  • Solid knowledge of Cash Equity trade flows and Sales Support processes would be a plus!
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
  • Great teammate who collaborates with colleagues and demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
  • This person is risk aware, identifies risks and helps to develop better and more effective tools and processes to mitigate them
