First point of contact for all matters relating to Directors
Managing the diary for the Directors to ensure that their time is effectively covered, making sure they receive all relevant papers in advance of each meeting and that all meeting action points are followed up
Proactive in sorting and screening all incoming telephone calls, post and email; and action accordingly for the Directors
Preparing correspondence and reports
Responsible for meetings’ arrangement and co-ordination
Manage travel in line with the Travel Policy
Provide support in preparation of presentations
The ideal candidatewill be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executivesupport related task. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexibleand enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting Heads of Functions.
Theability to interact with associates at all levels in a very fast pacedenvironment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive,resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentialityis crucial to this role.
Expert level written and verbal communication skillsand attention to detail are equally important.
1+ year of experience supporting at the managerial level
Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings
Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience scheduling travel arrangements
