  • Take an active role in promoting Page Executive brand, our experts and our approach and services
  • Leverage your personal brand and network of local business contacts among C-level professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities, win new clients and search assignments
  • Be an advisor and consultant to our clients regarding business intelligence, business development opportunities, executive talent acquisition, succession planning, talent acquisition best practices and opportunities
  • Manage executive search projects from an interview to offer management and follow up the integration of candidates in their new organizations
  • Support executive level candidates in their career planning and personal development
  • Represent the company and our brand at conferences and networking events
  • Participate in our Global Page Executive practices communities
  • Drive locally our international and global business initiatives
  • 8-20 years of executive search / recruitment and business experience
  • Demonstrate an excellent customer orientation
  • Experienced in managing multiple and complex search projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with a strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to CEOs, C-level professionals, regional function heads, supervisory boards)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
  • University degree, interest in local and international economies, trends and news
  • Outstanding communication, time management and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in English and Polish
