8-20 years of executive search / recruitment and business experience
Demonstrate an excellent customer orientation
Experienced in managing multiple and complex search projects in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with a strong financial and commercial acumen
Ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to CEOs, C-level professionals, regional function heads, supervisory boards)
Strong negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
University degree, interest in local and international economies, trends and news
Outstanding communication, time management and multitasking skills
Fluency in English and Polish
