Platform IT providesapplications and IT services to multiple divisions with a broad stakeholderbase. The role is to provide Business Management support to the Platform IT COOLeads, responsible for the day-to-day organization and management of enablingactivities for the Delivery units within Platform IT.

The role has highexposure to key decision makers across the Platform IT Delivery units andbeyond and tackle a broad range of tasks and responsibilities while gaininginsights into the entire Platform IT organization and beyond.

You will have achance to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment withmotivated and high-performing colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Financial tracking & reporting for both RTB & CTB, along with associated activities such as cost accounting, forecast planning, etc.
  • Help drive the departmental Workforce strategy, including planning, assistance with recruitment processes and tracking targets.
  • Business Reporting support the execution of data management & reporting requirements.
  • Contract management, including SOWs, POs, new demand, MPP process, etc.
  • Vendor management support operational and governance requirements with various vendors, including tracking SLAs, Key Performance Indicators, Efficiency tracking, reporting, etc.
  • Support preparation, planning and organization of management events such as Town Halls, Management Summits, etc.
  • Involved in delivery of strategic and criticalinitiatives and priorities, as well as ad-hoc tasks.

  • You Offer

  • Excellent track record and extensive professional experience in similar roles with relevant exposure (leading financial services institution, strategy consulting, etc.).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in delivery across multiple communication channels (e.
  • g., manage online presence / branding for a department).

  • Graduate degree in business, economics or related managerial field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate discretion, sound judgement, professional ethics and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Power Point and presentation skills.
  • Excellent data management and reporting skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Results-oriented individual with high attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, broad project experience and strong story-boarding skills.
