Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, etc.
coaching teams applying Agile in a distributed multi-cultural context
communication, organizing and facilitation at an advanced level
teaching / coaching processes
inspiring and motivating people
leadership abilities to convince upper management, not a title or position
proficient level of the spoken and written English
