To strengthen our controlling & planning finance team, we are looking for a Transition Manager with prior project management experience and excellent interpersonal skills.

Tasks :

We are looking for a professional who will roll out migration of 80+ controlling & planning finance roles from various European countries into Krakow & Lodz CoE and monitor the transition while mitigating risk.

As Transition Manager you will be :

  • the main point of contact and the responsible party for managing the transition in line with the budget, minimizing costs and associated risk factors, solving problems and reporting transition progress
  • responsible for estimating, planning, and leading transition efforts. This includes managing the people, process, and technology related activities required to set up and begin operations
  • responsible for agreeing the detailed timelines of transitions with a given country person by person and organizing the trips for the new hires
  • tasked with educating and training new hires on the most effective transition approach / method, understanding shortcomings and being available for questions
  • ensuring relevant transition documentation for the services is in place as required and the SOP files are archived in the SharePoint
  • providing clear, concise and accurate senior management updates and reports
  • Requirements :

  • Prior Transition Manager related experience as well as Project management
  • 5 years working experience in finance / project management
  • Strong analytical background, attention to detail, methodical approach to work
  • Eager and able to solve complex problems and constraints with multidisciplinary teams
  • First class interpersonal skills with a strong client focus, excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to build relationships across a global organization, to work efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. Other languages will be an additional asset
