Key responsibilities :
Support implementation of the business strategy by providing insights, HR advice and cost-effective solutions
Deliver support with people related activities (employees’ selection, performance management, talent development, employee interventions, HR metrics and policies)
Contribute to shaping and driving engagement culture
Implement HR global processes, tools and policies
Provide HR analysis and reporting
Requirements :
Min 2-3 years of experience as HR Specialist or HR Generalist and demonstrated knowledge of employee life-cycle requirements
Well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships with different stakeholders
Self-driven, proactive and result-oriented
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of English
