Purpose of the Role :
This role acts as the first point of contact for all employee queries within Krakow, working closely with COEs todeliver the smooth execution of HR service to customers.
Qualifications / Requirements
Fully professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with a confident manner
Experience in applying Polish labour law, incl time and attendance and Social Fund
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all level.
Strong consulting and analytical skills with the ability to work as a partner to people managers
Experience of operating in an international matrix environment
Comfortable working virtually and demonstration of a high degree of collaboration
Ability to partner and communicate with customers in order to effectively manage the agenda, including the ability to consult with and challenge senior stakeholders
Highly collaborative and comfortable working virtually to deliver the agenda
