WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?
Greeting and servicing clients and visitors
Preparing, completing and storing documentation dedicated to reception and the office
Organizing, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
Preparing business meetings and events
Planning and organizing business trips for employees, including flights reservation
Dealing with incoming calls
Purchasing of stationery and office supplies
Supporting other employees in different queries
Support day-to-day office maintenance
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?
Experience in a similar position, preferred in an international environment
Very good level of English (verbal and written)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Very good organizational skills and flexible attitude
Ability to manage several ongoing activities
Ability to work independently
MS Office skills
