Logistics Coordinator

Location : Dębica

Main Responsibilities :

Support logistics exception management as well as the execution of ad hoc and alternative transport requests;

Coordinate with customer service representatives on logistics inquiries, complaints, claims, providing resolution within the agreed time frames.

Investigation of root causes, setting corrective-and preventive actions;

Arrange alternative transport solutions arrangements;

Continuously monitor submitted tickets ensuring actions by resolver are being performed, follow up with Carrier / Vendor for updates;

Submit the best resolution for end users within the SLA agreement;

Update logistics exception data base tool with notes, resolutions, CAPAs;

Provide statistics, performance report and analysis->

KPI reporting and deviation analysis;

Contribute to logistics audits and projects execution under the direction of the Logistics Manager;

Support logistics projects that enable achievement of corporate logistics objectives to successful conclusion;

Support the collection of business requirements related to improvement projects as well as transport requests (regular, ad hoc, alternative) under the direction of the Logistics Manager.

Requirements :

Good numerical and analytical skills. Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data;

Good knowledge of Excel;

Good command of English language, any other European language will be a huge advantage;

Solution- and results-oriented individual eager to join a growing team and contribute to the development of business processes;

Excellent communication skills. Ability to work at different levels of the organization, locally and regionally;

Basic Logistics or transportation experience.
