Position Description :

We are now looking for Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic and ambitious recruitment team in Poland.

In this role :

As a TA Business Partner / IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting experienced technical talents to our key IT talents.

You will work closely with our hiring managers by consulting and supporting them throughout the recruitment process. You will use your expertise to identify and attract the top IT talents for different business and industry needs.

You will also work on a strategic level, helping to identify in-demand talent profiles and strategies on how to fill the hiring targets.

Together with our marketing team you will develop and implement different employer branding activities.

You will be a part of our recruitment team in Poland, and also get to share best practices with colleagues from four other CGI countries in Finland and in the Baltics.

This is a permanent, full-time position. We have offices both in Warszawa and Wroclaw. We are working in a flexible hybrid model.

To be successful in the role :

You may be a senior recruiter with several years of experience or a bit earlier in your career and have a strong motivation to grow and develop yourself in the field of IT recruitment.

Alternatively, you might have a more technical background and desire to switch to the recruitment side. The role can also be modified based on your preferences and professional interests.
