What tasks can you excpect?

  • Preparing employee documentation (e.g. contracts, terminations, certificates, reference letters)
  • Maintenance of employee personal and job-related data in the system
  • Preparing HR reports
  • Answering to HR related inquiries from employees and managers via mail and phone
  • Document and follow up on all employee inquiries, issues and transactions
  • Skills and Experience

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in HR administration
  • Very good command of German (at least B2 level) providing service to German speaking employees
  • Good command of English (at least B1 level) it’s the common corporate language
  • Proactivity and process improvement orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
