    Role overview

    The EMEA Talent Attraction Cluster Lead will be a trusted partner to our Business Unit’s and Functions, developing strong relationships with stakeholders to influence strategy and results, as well as provide extraordinary customer experience and recruiting optimization services to the Business.

    The incumbent will partner with the Segment and Regional Talent Attraction leader on the first generation RPO implementation.

    This role will require an innovative mindset, strengthen processes, build robust demand plans, review and manage team performance as well as recruiting a small number of critical, confidential hires.

    The ideal candidate will understand the talent acquisition landscape, drive strategy and results, and must understand & learn TE’s diverse business talent needs while driving team performance and optimization services.

    This role has an opportunity to make a significant impact on driving Partnership & Strategy, Regional Delivery, Knowledge & Capability Improvement for TE’s Business’s.

    Success measures for this position will be directly tied to increasing quality of hire, strong NPS, decreasing time to fill, decreasing cost of hire and providing extraordinary customer experience.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead TA strategy for BU’s and Functions within assigned region; Align business demand plans and communicate with delivery teams
  • Driving recruitment delivery solutions to meet business hiring needs (critical roles, restructuring, ramp up, footprint moves, growth etc.)
  • Manage cost and quality efficiencies, while driving best practice adoption across stakeholders in assigned client group
  • Own, consult and manage external executive search for roles in assigned segments and regions; oversee solutions for value creation roles
  • Support and implement projects / programs which ensure extraordinary customer experience and recruiting optimization services to the Business (e.
  • g. assessment and selection)

  • Manage RPO provider focused on regional recruitment delivery & results (including staffing administration and University Relations), work with internal stakeholders
  • Partner with talent management org on critical pipelines and talent mobility (internals).
  • Drive outcomes leveraging sound metrics and SLA’s, project management, and implement initiatives to accelerate candidate pipeline growth and achieve TE’s overall talent acquisition and innovation goals
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 Year Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related discipline. Master’s / Diploma Degree preferred.
  • 6+ years in HR and / or recruitment, preferably in company talent acquisition organization
  • Experience managing recruitment delivery, including supplier Management 3rd party / RPO and external search firms (both executive and contingent)
  • Ability to implement and manage change programs.
  • Effective Leadership skills; Demonstrated ability to interact with, all levels of management; Proven ability to influence others and lead organizational change
  • Ability to use data to drive improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Excellent consulting and relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Experience and knowledge with use of and process optimization of Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
