This is an interesting and challenging role for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Business Analyst to take on key responsibilities within the Finance Change division :
You have a possibility to contribute to projects with end-to-end delivery responsibility in sense of strategic front-to-back programs.
You manage issues and risks on projects with timely escalations and responsibility for suggestions for issues resolution.
You drive cross-functional collaboration e.g. with Regulatory Reporting, Treasury, Product Control, Financial Accounting, Operations, Front Office and IT.
You conduct detailed process analysis (via user interviews, workshops etc.) and develop process maps and data flow diagrams as needed.
You understand and document business requirements and translation of business needs into technical systems and process improvement solutions.
You will have an opportunity to drive the implementation of standardized processes and platforms across Finance.

You have a University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics (or equivalent).
You possess some experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial industry.
You are experienced in working on complex topics & executing initiatives in the context of a large organization, preferably in the area of regulatory capital or liquidity reporting.
You have knowledge of Financial Products and Banking processes, consulting experience within a financial institution would be a plus.
Preferably you possess IT flair (should be able to challenge IT / understand IT constraints and maintained systems on project level).
You show good presentation, interpersonal and strong communication skills.
You are dedicated and highly motivated self starter with very good analytical and problem solving skills who loves sharing knowledge with others.
You are fluent in English (verbal & written), any other language would be an advantage.
