Coordinator of Translation Projects with German / French
Area : Customer Service
For one of our clients we are looking for Project Coordinator with German or French language who will be responsible for day-to-day management of translation orders, dealing with clients and interpreters, preparing invoices and managing interpreting process.
Responsibilities :
Contact with translators and interpreters
Control of workflow in translation projects
Being the point of contact for clients and translators
Deliver projects with all requirements and methodology
Manage client relationships
Representing the organization to clients
Supporting colleagues
Maintain project administration
Requirements :
Fluent knowledge of German or French language (C1)
Very good English language (B2)
Previous experience in Customer Service, Translations - will be advantage
Ability to organize work of project within deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, problem solving ability
Computer literate (MS Office)
