Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Poland is located in Warsaw and Wroclaw, providing services for over 170 countries around the world.

HPE in Wroclaw is a Knowledge Center and Financial Center of Excellence with a wide range of services to HPE businesses and stakeholders.

Our services portfolio includes high value finance planning, analysis and reporting, F&A, Sales Compensation, Supply Chain, Marketing & Communication and Financial Services.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactive management of the lease portfolio over the complete contract lifecycle.
  • Design compensation plan and metrics to optimize portfolio behavior; develop quota system and ensure compensation reporting processes are in place and being executed.
  • Assessing drivers for prior historical behavior and contributing to behavioral forecast process for customers and products.
  • Provide expert portfolio structuring and pricing support.
  • Supporting Portfolio Specialists, including skill development, transaction support, and key process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure key activities are being executed.
  • Revenue forecasting.
  • Close account management of high exposure and key customers.
  • Ability to interact with customers over the phone and face to face.
  • Work with sales teams to support sales activities.
  • Skills and Competency :

  • Extended experience on a role with similar duties and responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Cash Flow and Life Cycle Profitability analysis.
  • Ability to establish business strategy and transition to organizational execution.
  • Good process and program implementation skills.
  • Good business judgment, and aware of common leasing commercial practices.
  • Planning skills.
  • Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role.
