You're perfect for the role if you :

You like being part of a team, but are also able to work independently
ability to speak French on C1 level and English B2
Good to have : at least one year of customer support experience
Your daily tasks will be as follows :
to align the best offer to the potential merchant USP (card reader, POS, Virtual Terminal, e-commerce solution)
to assist the registration of the merchant
to explain the offer in full and support the caller in signing in / ordering device ( you do not sell directly, you are the point of consultation )
to monitor the status of order placed
to deal with connectivity issues and other technical related issued that the device might encouter
In this team we work 5 days per week, Monday till Sunday, on shifts 09 : 00-20 : 00.
