Day-to-day responsibilities :
Remote Support of End User desktops and laptops, running a Microsoft Windows Client OS (Windows 7 / 8 / / 10) x64
Incident and problem management handling to analyse issues and find solutions and / or workarounds
Resolving critical issues routed from L2 or customer
Daily monitoring of SCCM infrastructure / reporting / troubleshooting
Operating System image creation / deployment / troubleshooting
Deliver all necessary updates to the Windows Operating System via SCCM
Upgrade Windows operating system and SCCM
Monitoring, maintaining, supporting, solving and optimizing EMM solution while making suggestions and adjustments to future needs
Ensuring contact with the Manufacturer or a Software Partner
Proactive working to improve environment - automation and platform configuration
Participating in different projects within IT - migration, transformation, improvement, etc.

Skills we can't do without :
At least 2 years of experience with System Center Confirmation Manager and Microsoft Intune
Experience with infrastructure and image building
Experience with Windows 7 / / 10 and Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2012 R2 / 2016
Knowledge about Active Directories
Good level of English language
Skills we believe are nice to have :
Education in IT field
Knowledge of GPO / DNS / DHCP / WSUS
Knowledge of CDT / MDT / WDS
