Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Lean Transformation Leader to join Bank BPH Team. Our goal is not just about getting the work done, it is about transforming results through the Lean principles and Lean culture .
Lean Transformation Leader will be expected to serve as a coach, facilitator, educator, consultant and partner for leaders, driving the understanding and application of Lean principles and tools across the business, promoting and enabling Lean transformation.
Job Description
In This Role You Will
Promote culture of continuous improvement and Lean mindset
Assist Business leaders in reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing daily management to drive continuous improvement
Partner with Senior Leaders to prioritize and solve problems
Run process standardization with process owners and build the forum for sharing the best practice
Establish a transformation plan based on the prioritized gaps
Design, lead and coordinate Kaizen activities
Coach leaders in the development of their Lean leadership competencies
Define a plan to expand lean competencies within the whole organization through relevant training programs
Provide Lean training sessions
Cooperate with Lean practitioners within the Bank and global GE structure
Desired Characteristics
5+ years of practical experience with Lean, preferably with transactional processes
Successful past application of Lean processes and tools (Strategy Deployment, Problem Solving, Daily Management, Standard Work, and VSM / Process Mapping)Strong change management mindset with track record of driving transformational agenda
Problem solving approach and strong analytical skills
Project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to create and deliver business presentations and communicate effectively to Senior Business Leaders
Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
Lean and / or Six Sigma certification
