The main responsibilities are related to manage the sales of financial services for agricultural and construction machines of the CNH Industrial brands : New Holland AG, New Holland CE, Case IH, CASE CE and Steyr in assigned region of Poland ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : - establishing and developing commercial relationships with CNH Industrial brand dealers in order to increase sales of products offered by CNH Industrial Capital,
achieving the assumed sales plans
holding meetings with entrusted dealers and their employees,
training dealers and their employees in the field of offered financial solutions,
taking care of the continuous development of dealers in the dealer network, recognizing training needs and opportunities to maximize sales of CNH Industrial Capital's financial services and market share,
observing the activities of the competition and market trends,
sending reports to the headquarters,
close cooperation with customer service points, creating these points, supervising people who perform these functions,
participation in trade fairs organized at the national or local level in the assigned region and assistance in their organization.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
master degree in finance, economics, business management or related,
experience in selling financial services,
very good interpersonal communication skills,
ability to work under time pressure,
focus on achieving goals,
