Job Overview :

As a Trade Promotions Management (TPM) Analyst your role will be to support Italian Sales team by completing regular analysis of performance of both PepsiCo, customers and competitors and reporting on opportunities for growth

Responsibilities :

  • Execute and monitor trade spend activities including calculating promotion pricing, track and monitor spend vs agreements and follow-up on invoicing of promotions
  • Analyse sell-in and sell-out data to drive insights and action for the Italian Sales team to help with short-term forecasting
  • Analyse POS and competitor data to support Sales team with market insights
  • Report on promotional performance and evaluate spend vs plan
  • Perform forecasting analysis and develop 12-24 month projections for planning cycle
  • Run short-term forecasting projections
  • Building effective relationships with the customer team to ensure strong customer based execution of tactical programs.
  • Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with customer teams
  • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)
  • Work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis
  • Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
  • Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work
  • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology
  • Initial responsibilities in this role are focused on knowledge capture. It will take up to several months to transition the know-how into our Krakow center until the actual delivery will start.

  • In that time, you will have direct exposure to the business unit or sector processes focusing on those that you will become responsible for;
  • you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders to shape the service model; and we encourage you to identify, design, and document improvement solutions.

    On top of that, you will build business relationships, and pioneer a new way of working at our Krakow center.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    For a candidate to succeed in this role, they will need :

  • 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Computer literacy, Excel, Power Point, Word, ERT, Business Objects & SAP / ERP, willingness and ability to learn / quickly adapt to other internal support PepsiCo software systems
  • Good attention to details
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical mindset allowing to collect and examine a large volume of data, and identify trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions in order to find actionable, results-oriented solutions
  • Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks at fast-paced, dynamic environment
