The purpose of the role

The main purpose of the role is to provide timely and high-quality recruitment processes for relevant departments in Lundbeck, including complex and high impact recruitment processes, as well as international candidates for life science positions.

The key aspects of this position are to attract and select the most qualified candidates for job vacancies who fit Lundbeck’s organizational culture, in close cooperation with hiring managers, and to ensure a good pipeline of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.

The person should be able to understand the different business units and the dynamic in these, hereunder the management structure and organizational levels to equally support the managers in the best possible way.

What is more, senior specialist understands the candidate experience, employer branding, line of business needs, processes and systems, and suggests improvements and the best solutions.

What is the challenge?

  • Acting as a trustworthy expert in the field of recruitment : helping managers to identify their recruitment needs, discussing the recruitment methods and strategy, guiding managers through the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Finding solutions to reach best candidates, including (but not limited to) active searching if necessary, using different channels and cooperation with the recruitment agencies
  • Performing interviews and participating in recruitment meetings, providing recommendations on hiring matters, presenting offers to candidates
  • Monitoring labor market condition and suggesting solutions addressing recruitment needs, contributing to GBS recruitment strategy
  • Ensuring that all recruitment standards and procedures in the locations are in line with Lundbeck Global Recruitment Standards and up to date with the GDPR and Labour Code
  • Following the recruitment process and taking care of data quality
  • Proactively searching for improvements in the recruitment process, implementing optimizations according to the continuous improvement agenda
  • Supporting the manager and coordinating recruitment activities in the team
  • Upgrading hiring managers’ competences in terms of recruitment using different methods
  • Supporting all additional activities connected with recruitment (including employer branding activities in terms of recruitment, e.
  • g. creating recruitment content for social media, representing Lundbeck in job fairs)

  • Participating in ad hoc projects on Employer Branding
  • To be successful in this role, your experience should include

  • Min. 4-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition in an international company with high ethical standards
  • Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment in close collaboration with hiring managers
  • Experience in recruitment for life science positions would be an asset
  • Knowledge and experience in competency based interviewing and behavioral interviewing
  • Good understanding of local labor market and readiness to learn international markets
  • English at C1
  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • SHL OPQ talent assessment certification would be an asset

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment to tight deadlines and with switching priorities
  • Proactive in terms of improving ways of working

  • You are confident communicator and influencer, both verbally and written, have proven creative problem solving skills and high level of personal resilience
