You will be responsible for :
Creating top-class design experiences for our clients' products
Being an advocate and evangelist of best practices, demonstrating the business value of solid design
Translating user needs, business goals, and technology constraints into creative concepts
Conducting workshops with users and stakeholders to identify their goals and translating them into product requirements
Comprehensive handover to development teams and follow-up validation of design implementation
Design effort estimations at project preliminary phases
You will be a good match if you :
Have over 4 years of relevant experience in User Experience Design
Have a strong affinity for designing user interfaces, that are eminently usable and delight visually
Are capable of visualising ideas using leading digital design tools like Sketch, Figma and the Adobe CC Suite
Have mobile-centric and web projects experience
Communicate in fluent English (both speaking and writing) as you will often interface with stakeholders directly
Have a drive to innovate and question the status-quo but do not shy away from more mundane tasks if needed
