Responsibilities

Contact with Suppliers and internal Requestors

Check and upload of Order Confirmations (in SAP)

Review of Purchase Orders

Support of Operational Buyers in their daily tasks

Requirements

To be enrolled at university with valid student status

Good (min. B1 / B2 level) English skills

Good (min. B1 level) German skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a team

To be interested in Procurement / Supply Chain Management area

Availability : 80-100 h / month
