Ourteam is responsible for the good implementation and delivery of all strategicchange initiatives to ensure Credit Suisse Global Markets Business is able tomeet all its regulatory obligations and manage its strategic impact globally.

Your role as a Business Analyst will be to deliver these initiatives byinteracting with a wealth of partners (legal, compliance, public policy, COOsin front office and technology teams).

This is a highly visible role where youwill get good exposure to front office and senior managers up to MD levels withthe chances to create long-standing relationships.

Youwill :

  • Work on post trade regulation projects impacting the derivative clearing space such as FinfraG, EMIR and future US regulations.
  • Coordinate with cross functional colleagues both locally and across multiple international locations to complete business analysis and produce project documents e.
  • g. PIDs, BRDs, RAID log

  • Manage project partners ranging from IT, Compliance, COO, Legal and liaise with project teams globally
  • Take part in project working groups with project partners to monitor progress on deliverables, testing and readiness activities before go live.
  • Set up review sessions with project members to complete and sign off requirements.
  • Record, track and resolve project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAIDs), and highlight to project managers in a timely manner.
  • Produce project status updates to support project managers, and in designated Credit Suisse corporate formats suitable for use in project working groups and steering committees
  • Produce user acceptance test requirements, cases and scenarios, with defined success exit criteria to validate that regulatory and business requirements defined in BRDs are met in testing phase of projects
  • Efficiently carry out appropriate due diligence checks prior to implementation of project solutions
  • Support the mandate of RSBC senior management and ensure projects are implemented in a controlled, strategic and cost-efficient manner
  • Essentialskills :

  • At least 5 years of experience in banking or financial area
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of derivative instruments, post trade events and cross functional business processes
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Self starter with strong interpersonal and presentation skills with outstanding communication skills
  • Desiredskills :

  • Experience of Waterfall and Agile delivery process
  • Experience of HP ALM, JIRAs
  • Experience and understanding of OTC / ETDs clearing process, CCPs, exchanges and affirmation platforms.
  • Experience in vendor management and implementing post trade control procedures and governance
  • Experience and knowledge of credit and / or market risk management, policies and procedures
