We are looking for a Compliance Manager - Training Specialist to join the Corporate Compliance Prevention Management team to support our compliance management system, providing strong support to our compliance systems with a focus on the compliance training program.
Your tasks :
Assess and analyze the group's need for compliance trainings
Design and implement a global compliance training program based on (risk based) needs assessment
Coordinate with Divisions, Business Units, Corporate Functions, and other compliance personnel to ensure a uniform, aligned and sufficient level of compliance training throughout the organization
Interface with functional groups inside and outside the compliance organization to ensure the training program content and methods meet legal and company objectives
Create and conduct compliance trainings worldwide (both face to face and web-based) in a variety of compliance topics and risk areas
Continuously monitor and improve the compliance training program
Your profile :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in education or related field preferred
Min. 3 years of relevant work experience
Maintain a growth mindset toward learning, teaching practice, and personal / collective professional development
Ability to communicate legal concepts in plain, action-oriented language
Experience with adult learning methodologies and principles of instructional design
Strong methodical approach, analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset;
Fluent in English
German skills are considered an asset
Ability to travel up to 30%.
