Order chain coordination, working for an international client - Czech / Slovak language

Responsibilities of the position :
handling orders from foreign markets in Slovak, Czech language.
international customer service (order chain)
responding to e-mail inquiries from customers
answering phone calls (approximately 25 calls per day)
entering orders in SAP system
entering changes in orders
coordinating the shipping process
assigning priority tasks
resolving discrepancies, concerning orders
executing work instructions and other documents (minor translations)
making business notes and reports (at the request of the business client)
Expectations for job applicants :
at least one year of experience, related to customer service
Welcome experience in terms of order processing
Knowledge of processes related to the order chain
experience in working with SAP system
ability to communicate with customers via e-mail, telephone
knowledge of English, on b2 level (required)
knowledge of Slovak, on c1 level (required)
education related to logistics, customer service will be an
advantage, but is not required
ability to react quickly and make decisions
