As a result of scaling our business, we are actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst with a strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruiting, plus a passion for data and analytics.
This person will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team in the heart of our operations / HQ in Warsaw and will engage with Talent Acquisition leadership, Business leadership, Employment Branding and others to optimize utilization of metrics and analytic data.
This person will also develop benchmarking and data-driven insights for enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can deliver recruiting trend analysis and recommendations that will enable our leaders to make informed business decisions and drive productivity.
What you will do :
Drive and partner with talent acquisition analytics to build our recruiting data roadmap and analytics reporting framework;
Design and recommend key metrics for talent acquisition operations to better align resources and drive better decision making;
Make recommendations to improve existing data-collection methodologies;
Define, evaluate and report on key metrics for the Talent Acquisition organization on a global level;
Use basic tools such as Excel, PowerPoint or infographics to deliver reports and dashboards;
Identify, analyse and forecast trends into meaningful visualizations and develop presentations for leadership as needed;
Translate complex findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative for the end user;
Create routine reports and prepare analysis of recruiting trends for existing programs and new initiatives;
Produce and present ad hoc, monthly and quarterly talent acquisition analysis reports to support business line data activity reporting needs;
Work with TA Heads to develop and maintain user dashboards that display real time and on-demand KPIs for the Talent Acquisition Operations teams;
Evaluate trends on process and measuring organizational effectiveness and make recommendations for further optimization;
Participate in the analytical approach to special projects or key business initiatives of the organization including developing timeline and objectives, performance standards, and engaging stakeholders from cross functional departments;
Ensure high integrity and accuracy of recruiting data through audits and governance.
3 + years of experience developing reports in an enterprise reporting tool with proficient knowledge of databases and business systems;
Previous experience using research, data, and external information sources to support decision making
Expert in Excel Reporting;
Experience in recruitment ATS and / or HRIS technology;
Proven understanding of predictive analytics and other business-related data analysis strategies;
Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills with various applications and systems including MS Office;
Capable and confident communicator with the ability to partner and influence at all levels;
Experience building clear and easy-to-understand data presentations;
Strong analytic skills for developing accurate forecasts and driving operational efficiency.
