The team is currently made of 10 people, who are dedicated to provide services for Carlsberg Shared Services, like payroll, performance management, internal trainings, recruitment, onboarding, employer branding and many others.

strengthening a team of qualified HR specialists;
working closely with various stakeholders (GSS employees, GSS Finance department, law company, Social Security, TAX office and other 3rd parties) to ensure quality delivery of services;

Your responsibilities will include
being a part of Team specialists responsible for administrating and running all payrolls in accordance with operating procedures and deadlines;
ensuring that all payrolls are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and are paid on time working to strict deadlines;
contact and correspondence with ZUS, US, bailiffs, etc.
preparation of PIT, ZUS, PFRON settlement declarations, etc.
ensuring that new joiners and leavers are processed correctly and in a timely manner;
handling employee's queries;
ensuring and maintaining strict confidentiality over employee data and information, ensuring full compliance with GDPR;
organizing and maintaining personnel records;
preparing HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
cooperating with external partners, like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance;
participation in team projects;
other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a person who
has min. 5 years of documented experience in payroll and personal administration;
enjoys and has worked in diverse, international environment;
has well-established knowledge in the field of labour law, as well as tax law and social security and is able to ensure compliance with Legal rules and policies;
is passionate about PA & PY and is keen on broadens one's knowledge;
can deliver payroll & HR operations processes timely and with high quality;
has a good command of written and spoken English;
navigates easily in Office365 environment and has advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel;
is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;
is meticulous and analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results;
completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda;
the experience of working with SAP HR module would be an advantage.
